The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

About the Team:

Operational Support: Manage end-to-end BD operational activities that support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and merchants, including brand tagging, outlet onboarding, menu updates, campaign setup, and other related tasks. Data Management: Maintain accuracy and consistency across reports, trackers, and system submissions to ensure reliable information flow and data integrity. Performance Tracking: Ensure BD KPI dashboards and brands performance dashboard are up to date. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation, trackers, and submission lists are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field, experience in e-commerce / food delivery industry would be an added advantage Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel in required) Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage * Fresh grads are welcome to apply
