ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop, implement and quality assure sustainable solution designs which are aligned to architecture guidelines & standards.
• Deliver required outcomes for projects and other change activities
• Build and operate integration solutions
• Promote an API first approach to integration (identify and promote re-use of digital assets)
• Act as a subject matter expert on APIs and integration.
• Promotes and ensures use of appropriate processes and tools in compliance with standards (SOX, audit, security).
• Manage and prioritize product backlog (register demands from business/project and act as bridge between business and DSO Team to deliver the User Stories via agreed sprints)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5+ years experience designing/delivering/operating multiple integration components/processes that have strategic importance for business outcomes (with evidence of career progression and self-learning). Proficiency with integration and APIs in multiple roles (for example as support, developer, designer).
• Hands on development or support experience with SAP integration tools (SAP Integration Suite or SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO), and Axway.
• Solid understanding of translating business requirements to user stories, solution proposals and detailed technical designs.
• Interface configuration and development experience: such as API testing, establishing network connectivity, source to target mapping, building message maps and provisioning endpoints.
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications (SAP ERP, SAP TM, SuccessFactors (SF), SF ODATA API, Hybris, SAP MDG, IDocs, RFC, BAPIs, ABAP etc.
• API design and interface connectivity for cross platform applications.
• Effectively manage own self-learning and activities to effectively provide the required integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with Delivery, Change, Release, and Incident Management.
• Experience working in DevSecOps Environment (as Squad member/lead, Product owner).
• Relevant business and process certifications (e.g., SCRUM, Scaled Agile -SAFe).

GOOD TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Additional knowledge of data integration and middleware technologies such as APIM or Mulesoft.
• Certifications in TOGAF, SAP, MuleSoft, COBIT, ITIL, or Lean 6 Sigma.
• Practical experience of DevSecOps, lean/agile and/or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Software or automation development (e.g., Java, Python, Ansible, UIPath, PowerApps, INT4)
• Experience in large global organization using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, such as version control (e.g. Git), continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of security principles and practices, including risk assessment, vulnerability management, security testing, and security incident response.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements, such as SOX, GDPR, or PCI-DSS.
• Experience with security automation tools, such as vulnerability scanners, security testing frameworks, or security orchestration and automation platforms.
