Base Salary:

RM 5,000 - RM 10,000 (including allowances)

Minimum Qualification:

Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.

Experience Level:

More than 4 years in relevant sales or business development.

Language:

Prefer candidates fluent in

Mandarin

About the Role



The

Enterprise Sales - Data Center Solutions

role is responsible for managing and expanding domestic and global key accounts, including

large enterprises, colocation providers, and hyperscale data centers

. The incumbent will drive strategic engagement and revenue growth through

Legrand's comprehensive portfolio of Data Center solutions

, including

Racking Systems, Containment, Cable Management, UPS, Busway, PDUs, Cooling, and Cabling Infrastructure

.

This is a high-impact position for a sales professional with a proven track record in

B2B enterprise sales

and a strong understanding of

data center infrastructure deployments

.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow strategic relationships with

enterprise customers, colocation operators, and hyperscalers

. Develop and implement

account plans

to drive revenue and expand product adoption. Collaborate with internal

engineering, marketing, and project delivery

teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Conduct

needs analysis

and identify opportunities for

cross-selling and upselling

. Stay updated on

market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

. Work closely with

channel partners, consultants, and contractors

to influence project specifications and secure wins. Provide

accurate sales forecasts

, pipeline updates, and management reports. Lead

commercial negotiations

, proposal development, and

contract closures

.

Required Skills



Proven experience in

enterprise B2B sales

within the

infrastructure, IT, or electrical

domains. Strong understanding of

enterprise procurement processes

and

account management

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills. Strategic thinking with a

results-driven

mindset. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse teams and customers.
