We are looking for an enthusiastic person to own the Enterprise Services Manager (Contract) role. Reporting to Business Head - IM & AT you will take the lead to drive all aspects of the implementation of ES (Enterprise Services) projects, as well as support the sales team to develop solutions offering for ES. Communication is a significant competence for project management experts to have. Indeed, good communication does not just mean being able to speak well with people-nevertheless, that is vital too. You must be able to clearly express the plans for your customers and stakeholders. You can not only quickly assimilate and connect various pieces of information, understanding interrelationships and identifying issues and trends but you are confident in communicating your findings and suggestions to a variety of stakeholders in clear concise language together with your excellent presentation skills. You have Project management for the thriving and timely fulfillment of committed deliverables and outcomes . Here are some details on key areas of responsibility : Support the planning and development of Enterprise Services offerings, including preparation of scoping documents, and presentation of services to potential customers Lead the implementation of ES projects, ensuring successful and timely execution of the project as per contract Manage client satisfaction throughout the contract period Provide a professional customer interface to make recommendations on medical equipment needs, requirements, and best practices Develop a list of medical equipment to be purchased, including quantity, cost estimation, budget management, specification, and equipment installation requirements Effective communication and coordination with clients, hospital users, Medical Planners, Architects, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, IT consultants, construction teams, vendors, and relevant local authority representatives Manage medical equipment procurement and evaluation Review project and equipment-related drawings, and coordinate equipment requirements with the design team, construction team, and vendors Monitor and verify equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training, warranty, inventory, and maintenance management Support compliance with regulatory standards and license requirements for equipment installation and use Provide regular project status reports, identify project execution challenges, and implement improvement measures Maintain knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies, products, hospital workflow, clinical procedures, healthcare industry practices, and guidelines Responsible for implementation and adoption of Siemens Healthineers Tools, Processes, and guidelines Key qualifications and experience: Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s in a related field, such as biomedical engineering or medical-related discipline, and/or equivalent Experience within the healthcare industry, particularlyMedical Technology or Digital Health Solutions is advantageous but not essential Minimum 5 years of working experience in hospital operation/medical equipment planning/procurement/ maintenance, or Minimum 5 years of clinical healthcare experience or knowledge of patient care and clinical environments and medical equipment Minimum 2 years of project management experience Understand design and construction concepts and terminology Our culture: We are part of an incredible community of scientists, clinicians, developers, researchers, professionals, and skilled specialists pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible, to improve people\'s lives around the world.
