Our client, a MNC copper manufacturer is looking for Environment Executive responsible for managing manage and monitor the environment of the factory pertaining to air, wastewater, waste, chemicals, greenhouse gas regulation, environmental accident p Our client, a MNC copper manufacturer is looking for Environment Executive responsible for managing manage and monitor the environment of the factory pertaining to air, wastewater, waste, chemicals, greenhouse gas regulation, environmental accident prevention and pure manufacturing (including wastewater treatment) operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain, enforce & improve on environment related matters with respect Department of Environment Malaysia requirement. Conduct aspect & impact assessment and facilitate training for workers with respect departments and conduct audits on environment issue. Liaise with local authority/regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, Bomba, MOH, auditor etc) Establish, maintain & improve Environmental Management System in accordance to ISO 45001 standard. Establish, maintain & improve waste disposal management/processes in accordance to fulfill DOE requirements. Responsible to formulate, review & facilitate the implementation of SOPP on environment, storage & disposal of waste. Required to be based in Sabah Experience Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Occupational, Safety and Health Candidate must be a competent person and possess relevant certification certified by DOE and DOSH. Candidate must be independent and pro-active. Understand and knowledge in Malaysian OSH Management System, standards and specifications will be added advantage.
