Human by nature.Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Admin - Your future position?As the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Admin, you will provide essential support in daily operations, focusing on one or more specialized areas within EHS. Your role will involve assisting with various tasks to ensure compliance and promote a safe and healthy work environment. You will be reporting to EHS Manager / Operations Manager while being based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:Support Management and operations staff for internal/external regulatory compliance with authorities related to Environment, Health and Safety; reporting to EHS Manager any clue of authority concernsProvide support in updates and maintain EHS management systems documentation ( e.g. SOP/ SWI / records)Maintain EHS filing system to ease compliance with recordkeeping requirements: DOSH, DOE Givaudan Standard and legal complianceCoordination of EHS internal & external activities such as: EHS Plans Programs, EHS trainingSupport incident, injury and complaint investigations and propose corrective actions to be implementedSupport on organizing on EHS regulatory permitting requirements and submit permit appli-cations to applicable agenciesUpdate EHS Weekly Monthly Quarterly KPI performance report and circulate to the managersSupport on organizing on the development of EHS procedures/Policies, recommend changes when appropriate and tracking their implementationSupport on organizing and Follow up all audits findings; and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of their corrective & preventive actionsSupport on organizing site EHS committee meetings with prepare MOM and following up all actions agreed in the committee meetingSupport on risk assessment and provide tangible solutions to minimize and update HIRAC & Environmental Aspect and Impact and keep the latest revisionYou?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
