Job Description

• For EO candidates, both don\'t have required competency either Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI) or Certified Professional for Environmental Officer in Environmental Impact Assessment (CePEOEIA)

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance to prevailing environmental regulations at construction sites
• Supervise on - going construction project and ensure that the environmental control measures are implemented and adhered to in accordance to approved EIA and EMP.
• Prepare Environmental Performance Monitoring Document (EPMD) which includes compliance monitoring (CM), impact monitoring (IM) and performance monitoring (PM) Promote environmental awareness and implement programs as site
• Condust regular internal audit and inspection on environmental concern Supervise pollution prevention and mitigation measures (P2M2) on site
• Advice on improvement recommendation , prevention of recurrence and enforcement of existing environmental realted legislation,company in-house rules and regulations to ensure compliance to DOE Analyse the performance of environmental obligations and propose improvement measures
• Attend to and liaise with government authorities on inspection and environmental realted issues Prepare and submit project environmental report in monthly, quarterly and/or any specified interval or event may specify by Management or DOE Other tasks & projects as assigned from time to time
