QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, business or equivalent from appropriate 4-year college program. Typically at least 3 years commercial construction management experience. Knowledge and understanding of construction practices/techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems or any similar combination of education and experience. LEED accreditation with current educational requirements preferred. Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES None COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information and influence audiences and outcomes. Ability to effectively negotiate with contractors and municipal officials. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requiresknowledge of financial and real estate terms and principles. REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents, including construction plans, engineering drawings, and venture documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
