Responsible for the commissioning and validation of in-house COC testing machines, ensuring that equipment commissioning is completed according to schedule.
During equipment installation and commissioning, consolidate and report testing-related issues, and drive coordination with relevant functional teams to resolve problems.
Responsible for training and work allocation of commissioning technicians, and provide support in troubleshooting when needed.
Maintain testing technical documentation, and liaise directly with the Suzhou R&D team for tracking and follow-up of technical issues.
Job Requirements?
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in electrical installation and commissioning of non-standard equipment; experience in testing machine commissioning is a plus.
Strong independent thinking ability, proactive in identifying and solving problems, with a positive work attitude, high sense of responsibility, and strong execution skills.
Flexible and adaptable to workload requirements, with strong communication and coordination skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high level of commitment.
Familiar with the principles of mechanical transmission and electrical control in non-standard equipment.
Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with internal teams and technical counterparts.
