We are seeking suitably qualified candidates for the following post: * Working Location: Kuala Baram, Miri (before Asean bridge) * Interested candidates are encouraged to send your application with detailed resume together with relevant certificates/transcripts & copy of Identity Card (IC). 1. Equipment Control Clerk \xe2\x80\x93 1 Post

• Receive and record invoices before verify

• Update daily schedule by vessel and by voyage accordingly

• Track record of containers movement

• Update TDR on daily basis

• Issuing PO & JO as requested by superior

• Follow up with supplier on Purchase Order made

• Incharge on LBU-MYY-KCH shipment

• Liaise with forwarding on declaration status

• Update system accordingly

• Prepare lifting report receive from all agents and branches by monthly then submit to Upper Management for review and update

• Update ONHIRE / OFFHIRE sale units

• Issue invoice ( For DND collection only)

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Computer literate. (MS Office - Word, Excel etc.)

• Candidates with working experience in a related field will be an added advantages.

• Possess initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Must be able to meet deadline and willing to work under pressure.
