Job Description

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Conduct paper study/benchmarking and physical evaluation of the best available equipment in the market suitable for project use.

\xc2\xb7 Support Muar plants in the introduction of new equipment from selection, evaluation, buy-off and qualification.

\xc2\xb7 Generate technical specs for new equipment and provide technical reports (e.g. evaluations, improvements, etc...)

\xc2\xb7 Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.

\xc2\xb7 Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.

\xc2\xb7 Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Act as primary contact for equipment performance related questions and concerns.

\xc2\xb7 working with process control engineers to develop an automation system to control the process.

Profile

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 More than 3 years working experience in the related equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Masters/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in the machine maintenance on related equipment will be advantages.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates hands-on experience and capability to drive the machine introduction and qualification.

\xc2\xb7 Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bone, Is/is not\xe2\x80\xa6etc.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly. Good knowledge and skills in production area.

\xc2\xb7 Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team in executing projects & strive for excellent.
