Job Responsibilities:

Lead troubleshooting and repair of die casting, stamping, and injection molding machines (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems). Preventive maintenance - daily maintenance/servicing of machineries/equipment. Corrective maintenance - diagnose problems and come up with processes and solutions for troubleshooting. Conducting periodic quality checks on machineries/equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. Disassembling/Installing new machines/ equipment if necessary. To think critically and being innovative in resolving maintenance issues. Ability to schedule maintenance tasks base on urgency. Provide remote troubleshooting and program reviews via video calls with engineers in China. Available for on-call support during night shifts for machine breakdowns. Deliver hands-on training to technicians for quicker production machine handling. Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical machine issues.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in

hands-on experience

in maintaining

machines.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in

Mandarin

(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and international teams), English, Malay

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
