Back End Assembly Open Short Test Equipment Engineer

Monitor equipment performance key indicators (Downtime / MTBA / PM success rate & etc)
Monitor line equipment issues, analyze and initiate problem solving or providing engineering solutions.
Lead and perform the overall maintenance and preventive maintenance of tester and handler machines.
Drive improvement activities to enhance machine performance
Develop and establish equipment operating procedures, troubleshooting and service/maintenance standards and guidelines.
In-charge in new machine installation, buyoff & qualification.
Assists in new product or process development and qualification.
Liaise with vendors on resolving technical issues.
Ensure line coverage and provide support across the lines.
Machine spare parts management

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Hones) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic
Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Have a good interpersonal skill & able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Power BI background will be an advantage.
