Job Description
Da Vinci Assembly Equipment Engineer
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
\xc2\xb7 Perform equipment analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoots and diagnose equipment problem. Prepare technical reports to document equipment modification and equipment maintenance procedure.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor process performance and improve yield, quality, ECC, O/S complaint, LRR, and reduce internal/external customer noise.
\xc2\xb7 Work as a team between Operation/ Process/ Quality to resolve production, quality issue and reduce production line disruption.
\xc2\xb7 Initiate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in OEE to drive for improvement.
Profile
- Have manufacturing equipment experience
\xc2\xb7 1 - 3 years working experiences.
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skill and equipped with strong analytical skills.
\xc2\xb7 Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bond, Is/is not\xe2\x80\xa6etc.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly. Good knowledge and skills in production area.
\xc2\xb7 Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team in executing projects & strive for excellent.
\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
