Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT- Recipe creation
Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT- Repair Maintain 5S for machine and working enviroment Maintain machine and working enviroment ready for audit Support improvement project

Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic / Technical college / Vocational college. Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience. Good understanding of mechanical components, Troubleshooting & Problem Solving, understanding of Electrical & Electronic systems. Skills in Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, computer literated. * Excellent Teamwork, Communication, and Conflict Resolution.
