Job Summary

Support Test Manufacturing in achieving Test Out, On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, Tester OEE, 5S, Safety and Cycle Time performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out setup, handler conversion, repair, and maintenance for test equipment used by Test Manufacturing.

Support Maintenance Engineers in executing improvement projects to enhance handler and test hardware performance.

Provide feedback and perform analysis on test hardware weaknesses to identify improvement opportunities.

Participate in 5S activities and ensure compliance with safety SOPs on the production floor.

Qualifications

Technical Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage. Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night). Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work independently and demonstrate innovation in technical tasks.
