Equipment Senior Technician / Associate Engineer (Sawing/Singulation)

What we expect

Knowledge and hands on experience on machine Singulation machine especially on Disco Saw DFD6340/6750. Sustain Machine performance in term of Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Throughput. Lead continue improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving. Manage resources in term of shift coverage, discipline and training. Support on audit (internal, external and customer) Manage documentation related to equipment (edit or create documentation of Procedure, Machine OCAP, Machine FMEA, Check list & etc)
Who we are looking for

Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic / Physics course with technical working experiences Min 2 years of EOL working experience. Knowledge in Sawing Singulation machine. Min 2 years of EOL working experience. Knowledge in Sawing Singulation machine. Technician Leadership in working shift will be added advantage. Khowledge and experience in Why Why Analysis, 8D, FMEA, OCAP. Outspoken, committed, good creativity, good team player.
