1.0 Job Responsibilities

Familiar with Solder Printing machine (DEK, GKG & MPM) program, troubleshooting knowledge and handling skills. Familiar with Parmi, Koh Young, and Sinictek SPI programming for production, false alarm debugging, and equipment exception handling. Familiar with ASM Siplace pick & place machine program, software, troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance skills. Familiar with JUTZE 2D AOI, VITROX V510iXL 3D AOI programming for production, false alarm debugging and equipment exception handling. Familiar with JT & Ersa Reflow Oven for machine program, temperature profile, troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance. Familiar with YXLON 2D X Ray, OMRON VT-X750E 3D X Ray, Phoenix 3D X Ray program production, false alarm debugging and equipment exception handling. Familiar with backend process machine (Tape Bonding, 2D Label Bonding, Glue Top (Asymtek, DUG, NSW & Camalot dispensing machine), Semiauto Dispensing Machine, Router (GAM320), Plasma machine, Oven Baking, Laser Engrave, Laser Cut, PCB Cleaning, Stencil Cleaning, Stencil Inspection & etc. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
2.0 Job Requirements

Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or a related engineering field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience. Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong awareness of improving SMT and SMT backend process efficiency and quality. Ability to proactively propose and implement improvements to enhance production effectiveness and increase productivity. Positive thinker, able to work under pressure with minimal guidance. Able to work 12-hour shifts (day & night) and support overtime whenever required by the company. Positive work attitude, with the ability to actively share knowledge and learn among technicians. Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with China counterparts.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
