Job Description

To carry out routine maintenance of all production machine and equipment according schedule. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out accordingly. Troubleshoot machine / equipment to minimize downtime. Ensure proper documentation of evaluation studies, checklist, machine and equipment maintenance. To conduct daily checking & operation reading of facilities electrical & mechanical equipment as week as utilities supplies quality and in good operating condition. To carry out maintenance on responsible electrical & mechanical equipment with the coordination of superior. To assist in building maintenance & mechanical equipment maintenance by other groups. Assist superior & engineering group in carrying out 7S, safety, environmental & quality related activities. To attend problem on the spot during power down or emergency, to avoid long downtime to production or damage to production equipment. To support PM activity regularly & yearly power shutdown maintenance activity. To assist in others mechanical setup and maintenance such as CDA, PWC, Chiller and AHU. Daily inspections of electrical equipment and other facilities, timely repair & troubleshooting when found. Responsible for internal inspection and maintenance of fire safety facilities and equipment. In charge of fire safety audit and fire control re-certification. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

At least possesses Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent Min 1 years of working experience in plastic injection molding or related field. Must be willing to hands-on and work in plastic injection molding environment
