Responsibilities:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide assistance to assemble, test and maintain company equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide 24\xc3\x977 support to troubleshoot the equipment problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to company policies and safety regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the facility clean, safe, and organized. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clean and lubricate equipment on regular basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide assistance and job trainings to workers when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance and repair procedures for future reference procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain inventory control of equipment tools and parts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop cost reduction initiatives by effective utilization of materials and resources. Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or Vocational Certificate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 year\xe2\x80\x99s working experience as technician. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong engineering and analytical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to read Bill of Materials and interpret mechanical / technical drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to adapt to new processes quickly and effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical and passionate in troubleshooting. \xe2\x80\xa2 A good team player.
