Job Description
Primary Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM), Line Sustaining, Troubleshooting, and Improvement Projects for the CZ Pullers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support Equipment Engineer in Equipment Installation, Setup, Modification and Upgrade, and Spare Parts Control. Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 To support equipment engineer in performing new equipment set-up and qualification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform equipment preventive and corrective maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform equipment monitoring based on monitor control plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform 1st level equipment troubleshooting, line yield sustenance, while ensure pass down and escalate to engineer for abnormality. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support equipment engineer in performing parts life time extension and waste minimization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all maintenance and monitoring is with accordance to commits. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support equipment engineer, as well as own projects in improving manufacturing availability (MA) for all tools such as equipment upgrade Education/Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Material science).
