Job Description
Primary Responsibility: To perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM), Line Sustaining, Troubleshooting, and Improvement Projects for the CZ Pullers. To support Equipment Engineer in Equipment Installation, Setup, Modification and Upgrade, and Spare Parts Control. Job Scope: To support equipment engineer in performing new equipment set-up and qualification. Perform equipment preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform equipment monitoring based on monitor control plan. Perform 1st level equipment troubleshooting, line yield sustenance, while ensure pass down and escalate to engineer for abnormality. To support equipment engineer in performing parts life time extension and waste minimization. Ensure all maintenance and monitoring is with accordance to commits. To support equipment engineer, as well as own projects in improving manufacturing availability (MA) for all tools such as equipment upgrade Education/Experience: Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Material science).
