• Perform programming, trouble shooting, maintaining SMT machine.
• Use quality data to make the process improvement and improve product yields
• Support, develop and provide training on all aspects of SMT equipment machinery.
• Responsive on the machine downtime, backlog, quality issue & other necessary according to the SMT line.
• Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance for the respected line.
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
• Capable of using measuring devices as required.
• Perform area and equipment maintenance and clean-up as required.
• Follow all established ESD, safety, ergonomic and security policies.
• Run NPI (New Product Introduction) & trouble shoot component definitions, feeder assignments and other functions required to set up a first-time run on the placement equipment.
• Responsible in raw data collection, complication & generate reports.
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers and any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
• Minimum Diploma in any related field (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or E\xe2\x80\x8bl\xe2\x80\x8bectro Mechanical)
• Knowledge in SMT machine such as Dek, Koh Young, AIMEX, NXT, JT oven and AOI.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
