About the Role

We are seeking a capable and dependable individual to work on middle office and market operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle a structured workload -- but who also has the initiative and problem-solving ability to assist with a wide range of additional matters across the company. This position will be involved in all key operational activities within the firm and will be become versed in all facets of a financial services company.

The right candidate will serve as a steady pair of hands in our day-to-day processes while also acting as a flexible support to management for one-off tasks and emerging priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Core Operations (70%)

Daily operational activities including setoff of trading losses, management of trading limits, etc Remisier and Dealer support and relationship management Review and approve withdrawals and payment requests Prepare direct business transactions including crossings and direct deals Evaluate new and existing margin accounts for interest repayment, margin of financing and quality of collateral

Project and Adhoc Work (30%)

Assist with research, analysis, or follow-ups as directed by management Help solve one-off operational issues or process gaps Drive and take ownership of longer-term projects Prepare documents, summaries, or presentations where needed

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years' experience in an administrative, operations, or generalist role. Anyway, fresh graduates are welcome to apply Candidates with financial market experience are strongly preferred Comfortable with numbers and mental arithmetic Excellent attention to detail and task follow-through Ability to handle repetitive tasks reliably without supervision Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
