Job Description


Bigledger has an opening for a Project Manager that has a background in Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning Software. This position will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the project management process which includes, project planning and scheduling, client meetings, and so forth. Responsibilities:

  • Manages and advocates for the entire project including gathering user requirements;
  • Communicates appropriately and effectively to stakeholders, gaining trust and building consensus;
  • Develops and executes an overall project schedule, including tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource management;
  • Providing training to end users;
  • Help Business Partners/Resellers understand their roles and responsibilities within the project;
  • Manages completion of project objective, such as procurement, quality planning, service level agreements, and customer training;
  • Ensures product deliverables\xe2\x80\x99 quality, such as functional specifications, logical and physical data design, solution design and detailed design, test plans, and completed solution;
  • Monitors individual performance, maintains team morale and provide feedback to resource managers;
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum grade of 2nd Upper;
  • Candidates should have 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Required Language: English, ability to speak Mandarin as an added bonus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Has Accounting Software experience;
  • Has Enterprise Resource Planning experience
  • Candidate needs to own a functioning laptop
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong track record of managing accounting software implementation projects and formal project management knowledge as well as an ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to build and maintain cohesive motivated teams;
  • Ability to coach and develop subordinates and/or peers;
  • Experience with stakeholder management;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients;
  • Excellent planning, organizational and leadership skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills;
  • Strong consulting and customer service skills;
  • Ability to provide financial forecast and on-going reconciliation of resources and other project related expenditures
