???? / Position Overview:
We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Supply Chain & Manufacturing functionalities.
In this role, you will support end users, resolve incidents and issues, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvements in a post-implementation environment. You will act as a key bridge between business users, IT, and external partners, and play a key role in leading the adoption and optimization of systems.

This role offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule from home and in our Kuala Lumpur office (1 day minimum onsite). ???? / Essential Functions:

  • Provide functional support for Supply Chain & Manufacturing Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to increase adoption and optimization of the ERP system and achieve defined SLA and KPIs.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues.
  • Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
  • Optimize system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams.
  • Lead stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
  • Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
  • Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing.
  • Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or development teams.
  • Support reporting, data quality, and basic security/access requests.
???? / Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and user workflows.
  • Experience working in multi-company or multi-country environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
  • ITIL knowledge or experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.
