Serve as the primary point of contact for QAD ERP application support.
Proactively manage user requests by troubleshooting issues, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain seamless QAD ERP and other custom application operations.
Analyze user requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications for developing new reports or enhancing existing application programs within agreed timelines.
Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system manuals, workflow processes, procedures, and guidelines, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide comprehensive support across all related application systems to ensure the continuous and efficient performance of the QAD ERP system.
Perform any additional duties or assignments as directed by management when necessary.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a related field.
Practical experience with ERP systems; familiarity with QAD ERP is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in the Japanese language is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of complex business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
