Erp (epicor) Business Analyst

Job Description
Gather and translate business requirements into ERP (Epicor) and operational solutions.
Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs.
Provide 1st & 2nd level support for ERP issues and coordinate resolutions.
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and testing.
Develop reports, assist users with reporting tools, and provide training.
Document processes and support change management initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years' ERP experience, ideally in manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of business processes and ERP systems (Epicor). Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
