Job Description
Position: ERP Management Consulting Manager
Salary range?RM 15,000 - RM 20,000
Working location: Office is still under preparation meanwhile will be WFH and equipments will be provided
Working hours?9:00 am = 6p pm (Monday to Friday)
Annual leave?12 days
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and delivery of ERP projects, including business research, draftingsolutions, and developing business solutions that meet customer requirements.
2. Manage project execution by assigning tasks, mentoring team members, monitoring progress,ensuring quality, and providing comprehensive oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Organize project documentation, summarize and extract key insights, develop case studies,and share experiences with the team.
Qualifications:
1. Over 5 years of ERP project implementation experience, having led at least three large-scalefinancial, supply chain, or manufacturing projects.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and ensure successful delivery.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a strong capacity for industry learning and in-depth business analysis.
4.Proficiency in English is essential, along with a collaborative team spirit as well as proficient in Chinese.

Pay: RM20,000.00 per month
