Key requirements:

• ERP System Architecture and Management: Oversee the architecture, integration, and management of D365FO ERP systems across various regions, ensuring the system setup aligns with business objectives.
• Overall Solution Landscape Accountability: Take full responsibility for integrating and optimizing the ERP system with the Regional Data Management Platform (DMP), ensuring both systems operate seamlessly and efficiently.
• Change Management and Standardization: Oversee installations, updates, and testing; enforce governance policies to uphold high standards and system integrity.
• Technical Design and Documentation: Lead the development of technical specifications and custom code designs to meet complex requirements while ensuring optimal system functionality.
• Solution Development and Implementation: As the lead architect, develop and maintain the overall solution architecture, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaboration and Integration: Serve as a key liaison among regional ERP vendors and downstream systems, facilitating system integration and promoting best practices.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• 7 years\' experience in managing D365FO or Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP systems.
• Experience in executing at least 1 full ERP Project Lifecycle
• Competent in MorphX, X++ programming, Devops management skills following D365 practices.
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager specifically in managing D365FO ERP Systems
