We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist who is highly skilled in Excel-based planning, data analysis, and cost control, especially within the food and catering industry. The role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing food cost, manpower cost, and overall operational efficiency through ERP data and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain ERP system data related to food cost, manpower, and inventory.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and cost-tracking templates.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Monitor and analyze food cost variances, wastage, and yield.
Track manpower deployment and labor cost efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost planning and data integrity.
Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or related fields.
At least 2 years' experience in ERP data management, food cost control, or manpower planning.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formula, Charts) and data analysis.
Familiar with ERP or POS systems (experience in F&B/catering operations preferred).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
