Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ERP Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing support for ERP systems, specifically in JDA, JDE, and D365. As an ERP Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our ERP systems, as well as providing effective support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our ERP systems, including JDA, JDE, and D365.
• Ensure the availability and performance of the ERP systems, addressing any issues or outages promptly.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving their ERP-related queries and problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
• Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices, promoting efficient and effective system usage.
• Collaborate with vendors and external consultants as needed to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our systems and processes.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese.
• Proven experience in supporting and managing ERP systems, with expertise in JDA, JDE, and D365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
• Relevant certifications in JDA, JDE, or D365 will be considered a plus.
