Key Responsibilities

1. ERPNext Development and Customization

? Develop and customize ERPNext modules to meet manufacturing-specific needs (e.g., inventory, production, quality control).

? Create and manage custom scripts, doctypes, workflows, and print formats.

? Perform ERPNext backend and frontend development, including troubleshooting and optimization.

? Ensure seamless user experience through theme and UI modifications.

2. Integration Between ERPNext and Node-RED

? Develop and maintain integrations between ERPNext and Node-RED to automate workflows and connect IoT devices.

? Process and handle real-time data from manufacturing equipment via MQTT, APIs, or databases.

? Implement logic in Node-RED for alarms, notifications, and event-driven automation.

3. Dashboard and Data Visualization Tools Leverage Appsmith and Metabase to design and develop user-friendly dashboards and data visualization tools for real-time monitoring and analytics. These tools will seamlessly integrate with ERPNext and manufacturing systems, providing a cohesive platform for visualizing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).4. IoT Integration with Arduino IDE

? Write and debug Arduino firmware for IoT devices used in manufacturing (e.g., temperature sensors, motion detectors).

? Integrate IoT device data into ERPNext and Node-RED for real-time monitoring and automation.

5. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

? Provide technical support for ERPNext users and troubleshoot issues across integrated platforms.

? Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operation of all connected systems.

6. Process Optimization

? Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

? Implement solutions leveraging ERPNext, Node-RED, Appsmith, and IoT integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

ERPNext Expertise

: Strong understanding of ERPNext customization (Python, JavaScript, Jinja) and Frappe Framework.

Integration Skills

: Experience with Node-RED, API development, and data handling.

?

IoT Knowledge

: Familiarity with Arduino IDE, MQTT protocols, and sensor integrations.

?

Real-Time Analytics and Reporting

: Experience with Metabase Appsmith for dashboard creation.

?

Manufacturing Processes

: Understanding of manufacturing operations and workflows.

?

Problem Solving

: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across platforms.

?

Communication

: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
