Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: ESD Engineer Your Responsibilities Define ESD control program, implement ESD control for ICS process, implement solution as per AT&S ESD requirement, conduct ESD testing as per requirement and setup control document and technical requirement Monitor ESD defect and analyze the root cause for fixing ESD problem and improvement ESD material qualification ESD training material. Educate Eng/Tech/DL/IDL to understand ESD Control, seriousness, awareness to achieve good ESD control practice in the factory ESD Material incoming inspection Co-work with other departments to have ESD control run smoothly and effectively Support customer audit and visit Your Profile Bachelor/ Master/ PhD Degree in Engineering/ Science or equivalents Minimum 3 years\' similar experience, preferably in EMS/ Semiconductor/ PCB/ IC Substrate industry ESD certification would be considered favorably Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc Good analytical skills with attention to details Good stress management skills Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package If you are looking for a new challenging task, please send us your application and your detailed resume.
