Create comprehensive storyboards and video scripts.
Design & develop self-support content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Captivate product families (including graphics, audio and video).
Contribute to in-house video and still-photography productions.
Create UI and software simulations to be used for customer support and online learning.
Conduct video editing and production using Adobe After Effects CC and Premiere Pro CC.
Publish content to online video channels and respond to feedback.
Production of Localised Customer Training Content
Maintain and pro-actively source content for the Online Support Website Learning TAB.
Produce self-support content for a multicultural, multilingual audience who are using FB products. (Documents, Videos, FAQs)
Collaborate with in-house Instructional Designers, Publishers, subject matter experts and external vendors to develop interactive multimedia content and including relevant examples and scenarios.
Work with the team to localise and translate self-support content into different languages.
Arrange thorough testing and validation of self-support content to ensure ease-of-use, clarity, and grammatical correctness prior to release.
Systems integration & Reporting
Support Knowledge Management System integration with other call centre solutions.
Leverage AI optimisation to maximise self-support content benefit to customers and internal users.
Generate content usage reports for status and performance monitoring.
Create Online Support Content
Online support content is written, validated & delivered to meet product launch deadlines.
Provide updates on development, deployment, and feedback on self-support content.
Manage lifecycle of all self-support content to ensure information is up to date.
Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years' experience design & develop video content.Working knowledge of video content creation, editing and publishing using the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere preferred).
MS Office skills: MS Word, Excel
Strong understanding of web-based contents, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate (or similar eLearning development tools) and its use is required and will be developed.
Videography / Photographic skills.
Document editing and image retouching using Adobe Creative Suite.
Reporting and data analytics skills (Google Analytics)
Experience or knowledge in KMS (Knowledge Management System) is desired.
