Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley Kuala LumpurJob Overview: The ESG Intern will support the sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives of Knight Frank Malaysia. This role involves data collection and analysis, assisting in sustainability reporting, and supporting various ESG-related projects and activities.Key Responsibilities: * Assist in data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting.

• Update and maintain the GHG emissions template and ESG management system.
• Maintain documentation for verification and audit.
• Apply ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, IFRS, UNGC, SEDG).
• Provide ESG input for surveys, tenders, and panel registration.
• Assist in supply chain ESG assessment and engagement.
• Conduct ESG-related surveys and data analysis.
• Assist in preparing ESG reports and presentations.
• Support the green certification process and submission.
• Collect training data and coordinate business ethics training.
• Participate in the company\'s CSR programs and activities.
• Follow ESG reporting trends and provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Sustainability Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of global sustainability frameworks (GRI, ISSB, TCFD, UN Global Compact).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
