Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-1. Assist monthly submission of OER (online environmental reporting) to DOE.2. Performance monitoring of IETS.3. Record keeping of IETS operational data and maintaining logs.4. Preparation and submission of IETS performance monitoring report to IETS performance monitoring committee.5. Upkeep of laboratory facilities.6. Supervise operation, IETS facility and maintenance of IETS equipment and instrumentation.7. Advising the management on safety issues as well as developing health and safety policies and procedures.8. Monitoring and controlling safety and compliance in the organization as per the law and organization\'s policy.9. Carrying out safety inspections and internal audits and reporting to management with suggestions.10. Ensure preventive measures, administrative control and personal protective equipment are implemented and used.11. Investigate and report accidents and near misses.12. Record keeping of all safety events, training and drills.13. Liase with external party on safety, health and environmental compliance such as DOSH, DOE and others.14. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.15. Assist in implementing, maintaining and updating of food safety management system and environmental management system as per required.Job Requirements:-1. Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree holder in Science or any related discipline.2. Good laboratory analytical skills.3. Good Computer Literate.
