The ESOS Administrator is responsible for managing, and maintaining the Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) of UUE Group. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with employees, and ESOS Committees.
Key Responsibilities
A. ESOS Administration
Prepare ESOS-related documentation such as offer letters, acceptance forms, and exercise notices.
Maintain accurate records of all ESOS grants, exercises, and forfeiture.
Process and monitor employee applications for share options.
Coordinate with HR Personnel on ESOS of respective subsidiary companies.
Ensure compliance with ESOS Bye-Laws.
B. Compliance & Reporting
Prepare periodic reports on ESOS status ESOS Committees.
Provide data and supporting documents for annual report disclosures.
Liaise with internal/external auditors as and when required.
C. Employee Communication & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to ESOS.
Conduct briefing sessions to educate employees on ESOS benefits, procedures, and compliance.
D. System & Record Management
Manage ESOS software/system or manual records to track grants, exercises, and balances.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of ESOS data.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and timeliness of ESOS grant and exercise processing.
Compliance with Bursa Malaysia and Securities Commission regulations.
Quality and accuracy of ESOS reporting for management and regulatory purposes.
Employee satisfaction with ESOS communication and support.
Audit readiness and minimal compliance issues raised by auditors/regulators.
4. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ESOS administration is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word and HR/Finance software systems.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for employee engagement.
Ability to work independently.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze ESOS data and provide accurate reporting.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
