- At least achieve SPM certificate
- Actively play PC, console, and racing games, with a strong interest in the latest game releases
- Strong conversational skills in English or Mandarin
- Prior experience in a retail supervisor / manager role is advantageous
- Candidates with sales experience are also welcome to apply
- Ability to manage the team, demonstrate leadership, show confidence and maturity
- Flexibility to work shifts, required to work on weekends and public holidays
- Base in Genting Highlands
- Take a leadership role in customer service & product display
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Understanding customer preferences and recommend suitable games
- Promote the gaming experience to potential clients
- Play an integral part in achieving outlet sales target, driving sales growth and ensuring quality customer service
- Assist in all aspects of outlet operations, particularly display, merchandising, and cleanliness
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers
