Job Description
:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree of Agriculture/Forestry/Plantation Management or Equivalent.
- To handle daily Estate operations.
- To compile and submit monthly report to Group Manager.
- To prepare Annual Budget & manage monthly estate accounts.
- Excellent leadership qualities and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in Rubber or Forest plantation will be an advantage
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture/ Forestry/Plantation Management or equivalent.
- Experience in managing an Oil Palm nursery.
- Excellent leadership qualities and able to work under pressure.
- Required language(s): Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Oil Palm Plantation is required for this position.
- Wiling to be relocated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mersing: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:
working in Oil Palm Plantation: 10 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
