• To prepare prices at pre-contract stage.
• To coordinate and collate information relevant to preparation of the offer as to adequately price the works.
• To identify risk and exposure related to pricing (e.g. timeline, scoping, etc.) as to ensure sufficient provision is made in pricing for that risk.
• To provide clarification as required to client at the post-tender stage.
• To prepare report to the project team on information related to pricing, design, program, etc. in order to provide detailed insight into the thoughts and processes assumed during pricing.

Job Requirements

• 8 to 10 years experience with a general Contractor in the Construction Industry with a significant proportion spent in pre-tender activities.
• Have experience working with a large multinational contractor.
• Broad range of experience in a number of disciplines (building, civil, engineering, marine, pipelines, etc.)
• Have design and construct work experience.
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors on commercial and technical matters.
