About your role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting and evaluating vehicle damage to determine accurate repair costs. You'll work closely with our reconditioning center and operations team to ensure repair quality, cost control, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Inspect and estimate the repair cost for vehicles before sending them to the reconditioning center. Review repair estimates provided by the reconditioning team to ensure accuracy and fairness. Work with team leads or managers to resolve any discrepancies or disagreements regarding repair costs. Assess whether vehicle parts should be repaired or replaced (e.g. bumpers, fenders, doors, etc.). Monitor and control repair costs to maintain company standards and budgets. Support daily administrative and reporting tasks related to repair and cost control. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Automotive, Engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in automotive estimation, repair center, dealership, or related industry preferred. Good knowledge of vehicle structures, body repairs, and parts. Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and vendors. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation. Possess a valid driving license.
