Over a period of 12 months, you will undergo an accelerated induction experience to fast-track your professional growth in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry through job rotation in Revenue-Generating and Enabler departments, including Laboratory operations, Field work operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and IT.

• Collaborate with various business and functional groups.
• Work together with the business development, laboratory & field work team and understanding the process flow.
• Work together and assist the laboratory & field work team in preparation, handling, distribution, filing of documents and reports according to the scope of works and standard operating procedures.
• Take on tasks and duties to prepare for leadership roles.
• Complete tasks during job rotations to measure performance.
• Participate in strategic projects and initiatives.
• Support group-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Applied Science, Environmental Engineering/Sciences, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field with excellent results CGPA of 3.5 above.
• Preferable young fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of working experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning.
• Versatile and dynamic individual
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Communicative and knowledgeable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Highly adaptable and independent
• Willing to travel within Malaysia
• Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
