Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed diagnostics and repairs on electric vehicles, ensuring they meet Volvo\xe2\x80\x99s high standards and customer expectations.
• Install, inspect and maintain advanced EV battery systems and electric drive components.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of service needs and work performed.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements in electric vehicles through continuous education and training programs.
• Ensure adherence to all workplace safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Certification in Electric Vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience as an EV technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering quality work.
