Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, or partnerships -- preferably in the property development or construction industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with design or event planning tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Eventbrite).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good network within media, real estate, and construction-related circles is an added advantage.

1. Event Management
Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events including property launches, ground-breaking ceremonies, handover events, corporate functions, and community engagement programs.
Develop detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for logistics, venue setup, and event materials.
Oversee on-site event coordination, ensuring brand consistency and professional presentation.
Evaluate event effectiveness through post-event reports and feedback analysis.
2. Partnership & Collaboration
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant brands, corporate clients, media, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, sponsorships, and co-branding initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and industry associations.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure partnership activities align with overall business strategies and project goals.
3. Marketing & Branding Support
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events and partnerships.
Support in developing marketing collaterals, press releases, and social media content for events and collaborations.
Ensure all marketing and event materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
4. Budget & Administration
Manage event and partnership budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI optimization.
Prepare periodic reports on event performance, partnership outcomes, and marketing impacts.
Maintain proper documentation and database of all event and partnership activities.
