Job Scope
Assist in planning and managing events - celebrations and occasions from corporate to personal gatherings
Coordinate with guest and prepare event proposals
Process guest inquiries on events, reservations and deliveries
Organise event warehouse and inventory
Experience & Skills
Good public and human relation skills
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
Able to converse and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Basic computer skills (Google Drive is a +)
Good analytical and general organizational skills.
Sound judgement, integrity and tact when dealing with others.
Ability to brief others and explain procedures.
Desirable: Experience in F&B/Events/PR industry
Disclaimer: Successful candidates will be required to serve 2 weeks on floor in operations for training

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
