ResponsibilitiesBooth Sales and Business Development:

• xe2x80xa2 Identify and engage potential exhibitors through calls, emails, and meetings to promote booth rental services for events.
• xe2x80xa2 Negotiate booth rental terms with clients, finalize agreements, and ensure customer needs are met effectively.

• Client Management:
• xe2x80xa2 Maintain and nurture relationships with existing exhibitors, providing professional advice and support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• xe2x80xa2 Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to their participation in events.
• xe2x80xa2 Marketing and Support:
• xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute booth promotion strategies to attract more exhibitors.
• xe2x80xa2 Analyze market trends and industry demands to provide insights for event planning and promotion.

• On-Site Event Coordination:
• xe2x80xa2 Assist with booth allocation, exhibitor registration, and resolving issues during events to ensure smooth operations.
• xe2x80xa2 Monitor booth layouts and gather exhibitor feedback for continuous improvement.

• Documentation and Reporting:
• xe2x80xa2 Maintain accurate records of sales progress, client information, and exhibitor feedback.
• xe2x80xa2 Prepare and submit regular reports to management on booth rental performance.
• xe2x80xa2 Manage booth rental contracts and related documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
