Key Responsibilities1. Event Planning & Coordination (Government-Related and Corporate Events)
Plan, organize, and execute events involving government bodies, ministries, agencies, and VIP delegates.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, forums, exhibitions, official visits, MOU signings, and high-level meetings.
Ensure all events comply with government protocols, security requirements, and official procedures.
Prepare event proposals, budgets, schedules, vendor lists, and post-event reports.
Liaise with government officials, protocol officers, venue providers, and internal departments to ensure flawless event delivery.
2. Executive & Administrative Support to Group CEO
Act as the primary support for the Group CEO on strategic and operational matters related to events, government engagements, and corporate activities.
Prepare briefing notes, talking points, speeches, presentation decks, and meeting materials.
Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of government and high-level meetings.
Assist with communication, email correspondence, and follow-up actions on behalf of the CEO.
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical planning for official trips.
3. Government Relations & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and key partners.
Monitor and update the CEO on government policies, announcements, and relevant political developments.
Support the CEO during engagements with ministers, senior officials, and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to official protocol, etiquette, and compliance standards in all government-related activities.
4. Internal Coordination & Project Support
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between event objectives and corporate goals.
Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of CEO-driven initiatives.
Manage documentation, reports, minutes of meetings, and confidential records.
Travel
Willing to work on Weekend when there is event or roadshow.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
