Managing all enquiries coming into the venue relating to events
Liaise with customer over the phone, emails, and face to face, ensuring you fully understand all their requirements and offering them the best package available.
Introduction of space and ushering of guests to their respective event spots.
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Manage event timelines, logistics and manpower, ensuring that all deadlines are met and events run smoothly
Coordination of event calendars.
Managing and Coordinate pre-event, event day, post-event. This include provide appropriate advice and support of the event requirement.
Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client\'s standards.
Analyze each event\'s success and produce post-event evaluation debrief reports to inform future events.
Perform any ad-hoc assignments administration work involves administrative functions, activities and events
Other duties or task assigned by HOD
Requirements :
Fresh graduate without experience are encourage to apply
Diploma,Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication, customer service is added advantage
1-2 years\' experience events role is added advantage
Required multilingual Languages: English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Good people interaction skills, detail-oriented, hardworking, proactive to learn, communication skills
Willing to travel as and needed
Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to prioritize various job demands
An ability to multi-task and an eye for details.
Ability to handle stress and work extra hours, weekend if necessary
