Responsibilities

1. Event Setup & Pack Down

-Assist with preparing the party venue (tables, chairs, art materials, decorations).

-Ensure all supplies and equipment are clean, organised, and ready for use.

-Pack up and clean the space after events.

2. Guest Assistance

-Welcome guests and guide them through the activities.

-Support kids and adults during the art sessions (paint, craft, drawing).

-Provide a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment.

3. During the Event

-Refill supplies as needed (paint, brushes, paper, etc.).

-Assist the host/facilitator in managing group flow and timing.

-Engage with participants positively and help keep energy upbeat.

4.General Support

-Troubleshoot minor issues (spills, mess, small accidents) quickly.

-Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the event.

-Follow instructions from the lead host/facilitator.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with children and families.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team.

No prior art skills required, but basic creativity and love for crafts is a plus.

Physically able to help with setup (moving tables/chairs, carrying supplies).

Flexible schedule (mostly weekends, occasional weekday corporate events).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM10.00 - RM30.00 per hour
