Handles all aspects of negotiation and coordination process of events (pre-event, event, post-event), ensuring that events progress seamlessly according to established procedure.
Engage with guest and always look for ways to enhance guest services, upselling products and services throughout the process.
Executes and supports all event sales-related activities.
Responds to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking meeting space, food and beverage services, etc
Prepares proposals and contracts, adhering to established SOPs and in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
Work closely with the F&B and Culinary team in delivering exceptional service
Maximises revenue opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility and contributes to the overall event revenue.
Participates in site inspections and assists with the sales process as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Have an eye for details and able to provide best fit solutions for guests.
